Started bleeding on day 32.Bleeding was heavy on the 1st day with intense cramps.From second day it’s spotting for 3 days n total 4 and half days of bleeding.Can this be implantation bleeding?

Implantation bleeding is more like spotting and never heavy with cramps. Most probably you had a period heavy flow.
