I missed my pd for 12 days I did a pregnancy test positive went to the hospital and urine test was negative and I also got my pd after 12 days… can the negative test be wrong?

The negative test could have been wrong. But you got your period back. Chances are more prone to a false positive than the hospital pregnancy test being wrong.
