I missed my pd for 12 days I did a pregnancy test positive went to the hospital and urine test was negative and I also got my pd after 12 days… can the negative test be wrong?

I’m 6 days late I took a test two days ago and it said positive. I took another one today and it said negative. I started spotting some today but nothing else. I’m at a loss! Which test do I believe?

Hi. Im 40 and my last period was 2feb lasted for 4days. 2days my mentrual cycle. Had sex 10feb and after a week my nipple is very sensitive,bloated with gas.?i took the test 24feb negative, again 28feb negative. My period due 3mar and had a spotting red but stops after i took a shower. No symptoms of early pregnancy. Now 5 days due and test is negative. Am i pregnant?

trying to conceive. On day 35 my period came for only two days. Could it have been implantation bleeding instead of a short period?
if it was implantation, I tested today and it came out negative… I’ve had some pelving discomfort and it was a short period, then this pelvic pain is not related to period… please help thanks; I mean I am testing again tomorrow in the morning this time.

I am so confused! We done the deed on the day I ovulated which was the 30 of January. My last period was January 18 through 23! Which was a normal period for me! Well on the 13th of February which by the way was a few days early for my period. I started spotting. It was a weird brown color. Not thinking anything about it. I used a tampon and went on about my business. When I went to change, it wasn’t much on it but couple brownish spots. Then on Thursday nothing at all! No spotting or nothing. Then the following day was a little heavier but still brown and red in color. And that was it! I had no cramps and no heavy bleeding which isn’t normal for me at all! I have been having a few symptoms of pregnancy such as urinating a lot more, heartburn, tender breast, acne, bloating. So at two weeks pass my period due date. I took a pregnancy test night before last. It came up two blue ones they were a little light in color but there was two blue lines. The following morning I took another test and it came out negative but this time it was about 11 that morning! It came back negative so I took another one the following morning and it came back negative. So I am confused on whether I could be pregnant or not? Please help!

i got my last period feb 2,i expect next period march 2 cos I am on the combined pill. i was 22 hours late on a pill but took 2 the next day. Now i feel something in my lower right abdomen, not pain but more like pressure that started yesterday until now. is that implantation cramps? how long does implantation cramp last each time? am i pregnant? can i take a pregnancy test now? pls help!!!!!
