i missed my periods two days ago i feel am pregnant, I took two cups of coffee and I feel abdominal pains was I pregnant? does naturally caused abortion hurt?

I tried natural abortion and it will hurt because you will remove a fetus. But if depends on stage when you try abortion. Best go to doc and seek help they keep identity secret. Two cups of coffee don’t have that bad impact. Maybe it’s period cramps.
